Terms and Conditions – Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers Legal Clinic – 29 January 2025 at Canterbury League Club
These are our conditions for participants attending the Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers’ Legal Clinic at Canterbury Bankstown League Club on 29 January 2025.
- As part of our legal clinic event, Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers offers individuals short, free-of-charge initial legal consultations.
- These free-of-charge legal consultations will be for a maximum of 15 minutes only. At the session one of our lawyers will listen to your issue, ask some follow up questions, and help you decide what to do next. Our lawyer may have the opportunity to read a short document but will not be able to review longer complex legal documents during the consultation.
- An outcome of the session may include the lawyer telling you if we are able to continue helping you with your case, or not. If we are, we will send you our retainer agreement for your review and approval before any other action is undertaken.
- If we are not able to assist you any further at the clinic or afterwards, we may be able to give you information about where you can go for more help.
- All information you provide to us will be treated as confidential information and your personal information may only be used as set out in our privacy policy.
- All consultations are conducted on a first come, first served basis. If we are unable to provide a consultation due to demand on the day, we will refer you to our free call assistance line on 1800 059 278.
