A Prize Draw will be conducted by Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers (CODL) at 2:00pm AEST on Tuesday 3 October in connection with the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs ‘Favourite Finals Moment’ promotion run on the Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers’ Bulldogs Landing Page. (the ‘Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers –Bulldogs Iconic Grand Final Moments Prize Event’).

This promotion provides a single prize of a Money Can’t Buy Experience to recreate one of the Bulldogs’ Iconic Grand Final moments at Belmore oval valued at AUD$2,000.00

By submitting an entry to the Prize Draw by no later than 11:59pm on Monday 02 October, 2023, each Prize Draw entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Prize Draw is open to people aged 18 and over who reside in NSW and who provide their name, email address and mobile phone number (personal information) via the CODL Bulldogs Landing Page. Entrants are only permitted to enter once.

Only one entry per person will be accepted. Entries on behalf of another person and joint entries will not be accepted. This Prize is non transferrable.

Employees of CODL and its related entities, their immediate family members, or anyone involved in organising or conducting the Prize Draw will not be eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

The personal information you have provided by entering in the Prize Draw may be used for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw, to contact you if you are the winner of the ‘Bulldogs Iconic Grand Final Moments Prize Event’ Prize Draw, advising registrants of the winner of the Prize Draw and, if you agree, to receive marketing material from CODL.

This may be by any means of communication including electronic messages (e.g. email). If the information requested is not provided, you may not enter the Prize Draw.

CODL will collect, store and disclose your personal information in accordance with the restrictions imposed on us by the Privacy Act 1988 and our Privacy Policy.

The Prize Draw will be drawn by random electronic selection at 2:00pm on Tuesday 3 October 2023.

One winner only will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (Winner).

The Winner will receive the prize to recreate their favourite Bulldogs’ Iconic Final Moment valued at AUD$2,000.00 only (Prize). The winner will also be notified by email.

The prize will be delivered at Belmore Oval on a date and time to be agreed between the winner, Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers and the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs, both parties acting reasonably.

The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Bonus prizes will not be awarded.

Where the Winner is not eligible to enter into the Prize Draw then the Prize Draw will conducted again by CODL at a time and date to be notified to the entrants by email.

CODL may cancel the Prize Draw where circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent CODL from conducting the Prize Draw. Should CODL cancel the Prize Draw CODL will:

(i) advertise that the Prize Draw has been cancelled by email communication to the entrants;

(ii) promptly destroy all entries received; and

(iii) not use the personal information you have provided on the entry form.

CODL is not liable for any loss or claim arising from any cancellation of the Prize Draw in circumstances beyond the reasonable control of CODL.

Any dispute concerning the conduct of the prize Draw or the claiming by the Winner of the Prize will be determined by an independent arbitrator appoint by CODL whose decision will be final.

CODL holds a Trade Promotion Authority issued by the Department of Fair Trading in New South Wales being authority number TP/02056.
