The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Paralegal to join our Sydney CBD office on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a career-focused paralegal to join our Leasing and Property team. You will gain hands-on experience, develop practical skills in a supportive, professional environment.
Please note, due to the nature of the role, we will not be accepting applications from law students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review commercial, retail, and residential lease agreements
- Assist with lease negotiations and document amendments
- Conduct property searches and regulatory checks as part of due diligence
- Support lease renewals, terminations, and disputes
- Ensure compliance with leasing laws and internal risk protocols
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- Prior experience in leasing, property, or commercial law (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines and files independently
- Clear and professional communication skills
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook
