The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Paralegal to join our Sydney CBD office on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a career-focused paralegal to join our Leasing and Property team. You will gain hands-on experience, develop practical skills in a supportive, professional environment.

Please note, due to the nature of the role, we will not be accepting applications from law students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review commercial, retail, and residential lease agreements
  • Assist with lease negotiations and document amendments
  • Conduct property searches and regulatory checks as part of due diligence
  • Support lease renewals, terminations, and disputes
  • Ensure compliance with leasing laws and internal risk protocols

Successful Candidates Will Have:

  • Prior experience in leasing, property, or commercial law (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines and files independently
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook
