About the Role
A great new opportunity has arisen for a highly capable, experienced, confident, motivated Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience in property transactions (residential, commercial and industrial), property development, estate planning and will drafting, probate and administration law to join our long-established Property and Estate Planning and Wills team based in our Sydney CBD office.
This role is suited to high achievers who enjoy the challenge of a busy work environment and are looking to establish and build their career in property transactions law, estate planning law and probate and administration law within established, strong and reputable team and overall firm.

Your success will be measured by:
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems
- Be in direct contact with clients and provide accurate and timely advice.
Commensurate with your experience:
- Your ability to advise on all aspects of property transactions and development law, including conveyancing and property development
- Your ability to advise on all aspects of estate planning and wills, probate and administration including the drafting of and advising on Wills, testamentary trusts, POAs, EGAs, probate applications and applications for letters of administration
- Managing a diverse caseload and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality legal services
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years’ post-qualification experience in Property and Estate Planning and Wills law ideally gained in private practice
- Commensurate with experience a comprehensive knowledge of Property and Estate Planning and Wills with the ability to give clear, sound, sensible and practical advice
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Demonstrated strong research skills
- Ability to use core platforms and technology
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and manage competing deadlines
- A collaborative approach and demonstrated business development skills
- An eye for detail
