Thirteen promoted in Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers’ 125th Anniversary Year, effective 1 July 2024

Reflecting a longstanding commitment to diversity, renewal and regeneration, Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers has today announced more than 80 percent of its new promotions in 2024 are for women.
In all, thirteen (13) appointments have been announced effective 1st July 2024 with eleven (11) women being promoted at all levels of the firm.
“In this very special year for Carroll & O’Dea as we mark 125 years of continuous practice, I am very pleased to announce our latest promotions which all reflect our emerging and established leaders”, said Managing Partner Hanaan Indari.
“That 11 of the 13 or 84% are women, is a fact of which I am enormously proud.
“Many of the people promoted this year started and established their careers here at Carroll & O’Dea, while others joined the firm early in their career.
“Every person is an admirable example of what hard work, commitment and dedication can achieve.
“They all reflect the culture we have developed at Carroll & O’Dea which nurtures and supports career development and leadership at all levels.
“I’d like to acknowledge the special role played by our experienced Partners and lawyers in mentoring our people throughout their careers and the firm’s commitment to providing pathways for learning, development and growth.
