I would personally like to thank Thomas Felizzi and the team for the way that they have handled my case for compensation resulting from the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to child sexual abuse, this was not an easy thing dealing with 3 Government departments. The report by the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to child sexual abuse did set a maximum level of compensation which I considered to be inadequate, through the many phone calls, emails and advice by Thomas and the team at Carroll & O'Dea Lawyers, we did arrive through mediation at a financial resolution which was by far more than the amount offered by the Tribunal. I really want to thank you for assisting me throughout my Workers Compensation matter, thank you so much, I found this process very daunting, very hard and very emotional.
