Samuel Chu advises and assists charities, not-for-profit organisations, and others engaged in worthy endeavours.
Samuel enjoys working with clients of all sizes on a wide range of issues affecting the charity and not-for-profit sector – including charity law, corporate structuring and governance, taxation (including charity and not-for-profit taxation and State property taxes), political and electoral law, and discrimination and human rights.
He has experience and interest in advising and assisting faith-based organisations, social welfare organisations, organisations that engage in political advocacy, philanthropic foundations (public, private, corporate), and educational institutions.
Samuel complements his work in the charity and not-for-profit sector through broader engagement with community organisations, professional associations, and academia.
