Rebecca Tidswell has over 20 years experience in litigation focusing specifically on complex medical law issues and estates disputes. She has been listed as a leading Plaintiff Medical Negligence Lawyer in Doyle’s Guide to the Australian Legal Profession for her expertise and ability in the area.

Rebecca developed her litigation skills working at a top tier firm in the UK as a medical law specialist. Since moving to Australia in 2004, she has built a medical law and estates practice, which rests on significant professional knowledge, effective communication with client and counsel alike, and strong empathy with people.
