Paul has been an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law with the NSW Law Society since 2002.
He has had over 30 years’ experience in acting for people who have sustained significant injuries, at work , in car accidents and in a public place. He has also advised Insurance companies about these cases. This allows him to understand legal strategy from both sides in pursuing claims and running Court cases.
He has given lectures and Seminars to lawyers, doctors and experts on changes and updates to cases & legislation in Motor Accidents, Workers’ compensation, industrial and public liability cases.

Professional Achievements
- Paul has Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degrees from the University of New South Wales.
- He is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW, the Federal Court and High Court of Australia.
- He was a Director of Principal (2010-2018) in a Parramatta law firm, and he specialised in Personal Injury and insurance disputes.
- He was the Treasurer (and a Committee member) of the Parramatta & District Law Society from 2015 to 2023.
- Paul was on the Editorial Board for the Lawyers’ Alliance magazine, Precedent from 2009 to 2018.
- Paul has been a member of the NSW Law Society Personal Injury Compensation Committee since 2022.
- In 2024, Paul was invited to be an Examiner for the NSW Law Society Accredited Specialist candidates.
- He was listed in the 2020 Doyle’s Guide as a ‘Recommended’ Practitioner in the area of Public Liability Lawyers (Plaintiff) NSW.
