Greg McAllister

Greg has extensive experience working with religious institutions responding to historical abuse claims and related professional indemnity matters. Greg’s work with these organisations also sees him regularly assisting at the compliance and risk management level.

Greg also has broad experience acting in a range of litigation matters involving, among other things, breaches of contract, professional negligence, building disputes and debt recovery matters.

Prior to joining Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers, Greg worked in various roles in the civil engineering and precast concrete industry and lived in Japan for 5 years as an assistant language teacher.

• Greg has a degree in Arts and Law from The University of Western Sydney in 2008.
• Greg obtained a Master of Laws from Sydney University in 2021.
• Greg was appointed Special Counsel in July 2023.
